About Taiga Travel

Taiga Travel has been founded in 2018 by Dutch professional nature photographer Johan van der Wielen (www.JohanvanderWielen.nl) and Dutch Northern Lights guide Finn Snaterse (www.finnsnaterse.com). By organising photography workshops, journeys and expeditions, Taiga Travels wants to increase the awareness of the human infuence on nature and our environment. In all it’s activities Taiga Travels minimize the ecological footprint by compensating all CO2 emissions of the entire expedition (including all flights). We will use local and organic ingredients in our meals as much as possible.
